Надстройка Send Personally (SPE) предназначена для рассылки почтовых сообщений Microsoft® Outlook® 2000/XP большому количеству получателей. SPE предоставляет альтернативный способ отправки сообщения из Outlook, при котором для каждого получателя создается отдельное сообщение. Конечный получатель не только не получит информацию обо всех остальных адресатах, но и увидит в поле "Кому" только свое имя и адрес электронной почты, как будто письмо было отправлено только ему.
Пожалуйста, обратите внимание на то, что этот продукт работает только с Microsoft Office Outlook. Если Вы используете Outlook Express, ознакомьтесь с описанием другой программы компании MAPILab - Send Personally for Outlook Express.
Основная проблема при рассылке с помощью Outlook заключается в том, что при отправке сообщения Outlook указывает в заголовке сообщения всех его получателей. Если список получателей относительно мал, то это не создает больших неудобств. Однако если число получателей сообщения составляет уже порядка нескольких сотен, то размер заголовка сообщения может многократно превосходить размер самого текста письма со всеми его вложениями.
С помощью SPE Вы сможете легко решить эту проблему. Для этого Вам не придется совершать никаких дополнительных действий. Надо всего лишь вместо стандартной кнопки "Отправить" нажать кнопку "Send Personally".
SPE не нуждается в дополнительных настройках - после установки он сразу же готов к работе.
Возможности программы: * В тексте сообщения Вы можете использовать макросы - выражения специального вида, заменяемые при отправке сообщения на данные конкретного получателя. С помощью этих макросов Вы сможете указать в сообщении имя получателя, его электронный адрес, а также имя списка рассылки Outlook, в котором находился его адрес на момент отправки сообщения. * При создании сообщения Вы можете указать SPE список адресов, которые нужно исключить из рассылки. Для этого Вам необходимо всего лишь создать новый список рассылки Outlook, имя которого начинается со слова "exclude", добавить в него адреса для исключения и указать этот список, в числе прочих, в поле "Кому" создаваемого сообщения. * SPE прекрасно дополняет другой наш продукт - Subscription Manager (SUM), входящий в состав компонентов MAPILab Toolbox. При помощи него Вы легко можете организовать свой собственный список рассылки, на который пользователи могут самостоятельно подписываться (отписываться), послав запрос по электронной почте. Send Personally is Microsoft Outlook add-in that is designed to send messages to a great number of recipients via Microsoft Outlook 2003 / XP / 2000. This Outlook add-in offers an alternative method of sending messages from Outlook, separate messages being created for each recipient. The final recipient will receive no information about any of the other recipients. Moreover, he/she will see only his/her name and address in the "To" field, as if the message was sent only to him/her.
Please, pay your attention that this product is for Microsoft Office Outlook only. If you use Outlook Express, look at the other MAPILab software - Send Personally for Outlook Express add-in.
The main problem with sending messages through Outlook is that Outlook shows all the recipients in the message heading. If the recipient list is relatively small, this doesn't result in any considerable inconvenience. This Outlook add-in offers an easy solution for this problem. And you won't need to perform any additional actions. The only thing you will have to do is to press the button "Send Personally" instead of the standard "Send" button.
With Send Personally for Outlook, no special setup procedures are needed: it is ready to use right upon installation.
