Программа позволяет получать оптимальные карты раскроя листовых материалов на прямоугольные детали с учетом особенностей обработки ДСП и применяемого оборудования. Предусмотрена возможность ручной корректировки карт раскроя. Особое внимание уделено расчету стоимости всего Заказа с учетом различных видов работ и фурнитуры, используемой при изготовлении модулей. Удобная Библиотека Типовых Модулей (БТМ), создаваемая пользователем, позволяет формировать Заказ в считанные минуты. Автоматическое и ручное формирование и использование остатков. Поддерживается работа со складом и архивом данных. Поддерживается работа в локальной сети.

1) Внесены изменения в отчет "Листовые материалы" . 2) Исправлена ошибка, возникавшая при ручном редактировании карт, при попытке удалить целый лист с деталями. 3) Исправлен отчет "Общая Спецификация".
В данной версии программы реализованы следующие виды отчетов :
“Карты и Детали” – комбинированный отчет, состоящий из изображения карты раскроя и таблицы деталей, размещенных на карте. Этот режим удобно использовать , если нет мелких деталей.
“Только Карты” – отчет отображает максимально возможное изображения карты раскроя.Программа анализирует размеры каждого раскроенного листа и автоматически выбирает ориентацию изображения на бумаге.
“Только Детали” - информация о деталях в конкретной карте раскроя. (Дополнение к отчету “Только Карты”).
“Общая Спецификация” – общий список деталей в заказе по всем видам листовых материалов.
“Нераскроенные детали” – список деталей по каждому материалу, не разместившихся на выбранных для раскроя листах.
“Таблица остатков” – содержит информацию о “полезных” остатках по каждому материалу.
“Детали в Заказе” - наиболее подробный отчет о деталях в Заказе. Содержит всю информацию из таблицы “Детали в Заказе”, плюс – схемы оклейки кромкой . Позволяет синхронизировать кодировку деталей для операции “Оптимизация” (Шифр раскроя) и их обозначение для операции “Кромкооблицовывание”, а так же в сборочных чертежах.
“Карты оклейки” – отчет аналогичный “Детали в Заказе”, но показывает только детали, подлежащие оклейке кромкой. При этом существует возможность управлять отображением конкретного вида кромки, изменяя статус в поле “Доп. информация” в таблице материалов режима “Заказы” .
“Стоимость” – общий отчет по использованию листовых и кромочных материалов по каждому виду. Если при формировании Заказа были выбраны поставщики услуг по раскрою и оклейке кромки, в отчете отображаются суммарная (для всех листовых материалов) длина пропила и суммарная (для всех типов) длина кромки. При расчете стоимости используются цены из БД “Материалы”.

Программа позволяет создавать проекты баз данных и в дальнейшем создавать базы данных по описанию проекта. Имеет механизм для переноса данных из dBase, Paradox, IB Database.
Внимание! При установке программы устанавливается FB2 embded. В связи с этим на другие программы, использующие сервера и клоны IB Database, ни каким образом не влияет. Все компоненты устанавливаются строго в указанную папку и в корне диска «C:» создается каталог BASE.
Скачайте файл и запустите. В инсталляторе нажимайте кнопку «Далее», пока выполнится установка. После установки запустите программу «Пуск\Программы\BSTSoft\навигатор» или из панели «Быстрый запуск». Пользователь «Администратор», пароля нет. В меню «Проекты» выберите «Проекты переноса данных». Нажмите правую кнопку мыши на пункте «Демо проект» и нажмите «Выполнить перенос данных». В каталоге c:\base\new создастся файл и в него скопируются данные из файла находящегося в каталоге c:\base\old
